On March 31st, 2025, the OLCC removed the 45-day temporary serving permit. The process will still stay the same, but there will no longer be a temporary 45-day server permit while you complete the training process and OLCC final exam. Applicants must complete all required steps before serving, selling, or mixing alcohol at an on-premise location.
You will receive a temporary permit while the OLCC reviews your submitted application for the 5-year permit to serve alcohol.
